Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Xixiva to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Violates Bangladesh or international law.
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other IP without authorization.
• Exploits or harms minors, or depicts sexual content involving minors.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, hate, or severe harassment.
• Creates non-consensual intimate deepfakes or deceptive impersonation intended to harm.
• Attempts to attack, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer our systems beyond permitted use.
• Circumvents credit metering, payment, or security controls.

We may remove content, withhold outputs, suspend credits, or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Serious cases may be reported to authorities.
